Confidential Listening Sessions
How It Works:
Book a Session
Choose a time that suits you using the online booking system.
Attend Your Session
Join via video call from a quiet and comfortable space at the time slot booked. You may choose to join with your real name, first or last name or simply a nickname if you prefer anonymity.
Speak Freely
I would open the session gently and follow by having you lead the conversation. You share what feels safe while I listen. Guiding questions may be asked but no advice will be given.
Close with Care
Sessions end gently with space to reflect and ground.
*This service is suitable for clients of legal age of 18 and above. Sessions are conducted in English but can be conducted in Mandarin upon request.
